Consumers are becoming increasingly skeptical.  Owners and executives are not believed when they say how good they are.  Written testimonials have always been very important in business...and it still is, but consumers sometimes doubt written testimonials as something possibly written by the company promoting itself.

Furthermore, written testimonials do not show the non-verbal communication or emotion of your past clients who are giving you a testimonial.  It is said 70% of our communication is non-verbal...so much is lost when we can not see who we are communicating with.  Online video provides a way for potential clients to see and hear for themselves what your clients has to say about your company and service.  Nothing engages like video and per surveys online video testimonials are highly trusted.

 

Worried about too much time and hassle for your client?

We need less than 10 minutes of your client's time.  If they have an unoccupied room available, we can arrive and set up our equipment before the appointed time with your client.  Then they can come in for a 5 minute or so interview and then go back to their own work.  We will take down our equipment and see ourselves out.  In this way, we can minimize hassle with our mobile studio.  In our experience, our customer's clients have been very willing to take 5 minutes or so to give a video testimonial...it is often as fast or faster than writing a testimonial down and reviewing it for grammer and spelling.

Each package includes pre-production planning; coming up with a concept (if needed); a single day of shooting at one location; my technical experience and expertise (lighting, sound, composition, etc.); my interviewing skills; editing the footage into the best story we are able to market your business and highlight your brand (within the time constraints); adding a call to action screen to the video; publishing and distributing the finished video on YouTube, Blip.tv, MetaCafe, DailyMotion, MySpace, and i2TV with full descriptions, titles, and keywords for search engine optimization; emailing the embedded code for your website; and emailing a link to the video for you to include on emails, newsletters, etc.  The finished video file may also be emailed to you or anyone you wish.
